Return and Refunds

- Please allow 7 days for refund to be added to your original form of payment.
- Our 30-Day guarantee: You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
- Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
- Can I Return Opened Equipment?
Due to FDA regulations regarding cross contamination and the resale of medical supplies and devices we cannot accept returns on any equipment where the manufacturer's or supplier's packaging has been opened.
- CPAP Masks Express will not be able to change any wrong information on the order after 24 hours the order was made.
- Return Process: If you need to return a mask with a 30-Day Guarantee you can simply send it back to the address at the bottom of this page, with a note of your order number, name, and reason for return. (Note: The entire product including all cushions, headgear, attachments, manuals, etc. must be returned to qualify under the program.) After receiving the return, we will issue a refund of the purchase price back to your original payment account. If you'd prefer a store credit let us know and we're happy to arrange that as well.
- Returned Opened Items: If the packaged is opened and is returned to our facility, then we can not refund you. If you would like for your package to be returned to you, then THERE WILL BE A SHIPPING FEE.
